Spring is here Ladies! Being healthy doesn't have to be hard. Start incorporating healing, healthy greens in your salads and meals. Greens are great for detoxifying and energizing the body helping to shed those stubborn winter pounds! Get creative with your salads adding in bright leafy greens like Kale, romaine or baby spinach. Add colorful fun veggies like red or orange peppers and grape tomatoes. Include healthy proteins such as marinated chicken or salmon, almonds and goat cheese. Delish!!!
